CANCELLATION POLICY
1. For New Students:
1.1 Students May Cancel Their Admission Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Admission By Sending An Email To: info@thebrainserver.com
1.2 The Following Documents Must Be Attached With The Email:
(A) A Written Application For Admission Cancellation, Signed By The Parent/Guardian.
(B) A Copy Of The Admission Fee Receipt.
(C) Online Payment Transaction Slip.
Note: If The Cancellation Request Is Made After 24 Hours, Or If The Required Documents Are Not Provided, The Admission And Payment Will Be Considered Final And Non-Refundable.
2. For Existing/Old Students:
2.1 If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Services, Kindly Do Not Proceed With Online Payment. Payments Made After Admission Will Be Non-Refundable.
3. For Unregistered Or Third-Party Students:
3.1 If You Do Not Wish To Enroll With Edumin, Please Avoid Making Any Online Payment. All Payments Made Without Enrollment Will Be Non-Refundable And Non-Transferable.
4. For New Franchisees / Business Partners:
4.1 A Franchise Or Business Partner May Cancel Their Agreement Within 24 Hours From The Date Of Signing, By Emailing Us At info@thebrainserver.com.
4.2 The Following Documents Must Be Attached:
(A) A Copy Of The Signed Franchise/Business Agreement.
(B) A Written Request For Cancellation, With Signature And Company Stamp.
(C) Valid ID Proof With Signature And Company Stamp.
(D) Payment Transaction Receipt.
Note: If The Required Documents Are Not Attached Or If The Request Is Made After 24 Hours, The Agreement And Payment Will Be Non-Cancellable And Non-Refundable.
5. For Existing Franchisees / Business Partners:
5.1 If You Are Unsatisfied With Our Services, Please Refrain From Making Any Further Online Payments. All Transactions Will Be Final And Non-Refundable.
6. For Independent/Other Institutes:
6.1 If You Do Not Intend To Proceed With Business Collaboration, Please Do Not Make Any Payments. All Such Transactions Will Be Non-Refundable And Irrevocable.
REFUND POLICY
We Make Every Effort To Provide Valuable And Effective Services. Refunds Are Provided Under The Following Terms:
1. For New Students:
1.1 Upon Valid Cancellation, Refunds Will Be Processed Within 4 – 5 Working Days To The Same Bank Account Or Payment Method Used.
1.2 If Admission Cancellation Is Not Requested As Per The Above Policy, The Amount Will Be Considered Non-Refundable.
2. For Existing Students:
2.1 All Fees Paid By Returning Or Existing Students Are Non-Refundable And Non-Transferable Once Paid.
3. For Third-Party Or Unauthorized Payments:
3.1 Refunds Will Not Be Issued For Any Payment Made Without Prior Admission Or Agreement. Such Transactions Will Be Treated As Non-Refundable.
4. For New Franchise / Business Partner:
4.1 After Valid Cancellation, The Refund Will Be Processed Within 4 – 5 Working Days To The Original Account.
4.2 If Cancellation Terms Are Not Met, The Amount Will Be Non-Refundable.
5. For Existing Franchise / Business Partner:
5.1 All Renewals Or Further Payments Will Be Non-Refundable. Please Avoid Making Payments If You Do Not Wish To Continue The Association.
