In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

2.1 If Student not satisfy from our services so please not pay online. Otherwise transaction shall be not cancel.
3. For Other Student
3.1 If student not want admission in Edumin so please not pay online. Otherwise transaction shall be Non-Refundable and Non-Transable.
4. For New Franchise / Business Partner
4.1 Franchise / Business Partner will do first of all cancel your Franchise / Business Partnership agreement within 24 hours from your date of Agreement by send email at this mail ID [email protected]
4.2. Mandatory Attach Documents :
(A) Copy of Franchise / Business Partnership Agreement
(b) Written Application For Franchise / Business Partnership Cancellation with signature and Firm Stamp.
(c) ID Proof with signature and firm stamp.
(d) Online Payment Transaction Slip.
(Note: If Franchise / Business Partner not attach mandatory documents or If Franchise / Business Partner not apply for cancellation within 24 hours from date of agreement so after 24 hours agreement / money transaction shall be not cancel.)
5. For Old Franchise / Business Partner
5.1 If Franchise / Business Partner not satisfy from our services so please not pay online. Otherwise transaction shall be not cancel.
6. For Other Franchise / Business Partner
6.1 If Other Franchise / Computer Institute / Business Partner not want do business with Edumin Server so please not pay online. Otherwise transaction shall not be cancel.
Requests received later than one business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
